  • Lead and oversee 15+ global pharma tech brands that cater to physicians by crafting the vision, determining priorities, and analyzing the customer feedback to ensure a remarkable product experience.

  • Majority of my background and passions have been focused on how a brand develops beyond an initial idea and into all of the touch points that a customer would see and experience whether that has been in healthcare, architecture, retail, technology, non-profit or real estate.

    Clients: HubSpot, BetterUp, Brian Halligan, Propeller Ventures, Stunt & Gimmicks, etc.

2015 - 2018
HubSpot and INBOUND, Boston, MA, Director / Design Lead

  • Design and direct all major campaigns, events and internal branding executions needed for HubSpot.

  • Lead and direct all design for the annual event - INBOUND. This includes style guide development, vendor management, wayfinding design, merchandise, all print, digital, video and social executions. 

  • Work directly with the HubSpot Co-founders, Brian Halligan and Dharmesh Shah, on designing and developing the story for their keynote presentations for INBOUND.

  • Develop processes to automate design and create efficiencies for the HubSpot creative team.

  • Develop a systematic thinking plan towards design across the 2,000+ HubSpot employees.

  • Manage and mentor a team of designers and freelancers.

JcPenney, Dallas, TX, Art Director

  • Concept, designed and art directed [on figure and product photography] for the JCP rebrand.

  • Chosen to design brochures for Nick Wooster, Nina Garcia, Joe Fresh and JCP Shop Branding.

  • Strategized and worked closely with creative director, project managers, senior photo art directors, photographers, stylists, merchandisers, copywriters and production.

2011 - 2012
Fossil, Dallas, TX, Senior Graphic Designer

  • Designed seasonal branding for catalogs which were used across all of the company’s platforms, art directed product photography and worked with on figure art director on photo shoots.

  • Designed the corporate branding for Fossil Group Inc.

  • Assisted illustration team on tin design and packaging.

  • Worked closely with creative director, senior art directors, photographers, stylists, merchandisers, copywriters, associate designers, interns and production.

2011 / 2014 - 2015
Tatroux, Dallas, TX, Graphic Designer / Book Designer

  • Designed Notes from a Kitchen Volumes 1-4 books.

  • Worked with the provocative artist, filmmaker and photographer Jeff Scott and chef Blake Beshore designing the modern American cookbook that has now been featured in The Washington Post, Forbes, Esquire, New York Grub Street, Bon Appétit, D Magazine’s Side Dish, Food & Wine, GQ Magazine, etc.

2007 - 2010
HEAT Architecture Ltd, London, UK, Brand and Design Manager / Lead Graphic Designer

  • Design and developed the brand across all areas of the company from the website, signage, print materials, advertising and marketing.

  • Developed new brand guidelines.

  • Initiated the development and growth of a new Interiors department of the company. Headed up all of the interior design for high end residential and commercial projects.

  • Worked in conjunction with the Associate Architect with project concept, design and management with an emphasis on Kitchen and Bathroom Design.

2009 - 2010
The Shirt Company, London, UK, Freelance Graphic Designer

  • Redesign the logo, brochure, tags and other print materials to promote the London based high end fashion shirt company.

  • Developed the website optimization for tracking orders, new clients and advertising data.

2004 - 2012
Brand-Apart, Alpharetta, GA, Freelance Graphic Designer

  • Designed and implemented the production of materials for the Chick-fil-A group of organizations, including WinShape Camps, Impact 360, NHPB events, CHPB events, AHPB events, Bridgebuilders, Lifeshape, C3, The Summit and other local non profit organizations.

  • Items designed were manuals, invitations, stationery, web graphics, brand identity packages and other print materials to develop the organization throughout the year.
